1. Same-Day Cancellation
Due to the customized and perishable nature of our products, refunds are not possible for same-day cancellations.
2. Prior Notice Requirement
- Regular Cakes: A 1-day prior notice is required for cancellations.
- Large or Special Cakes: A 2-day prior notice is required for cancellations.
A 5% refund charge per order will be applicable for cancellations within the specified notice period.
3. Cancellation Procedure
To cancel an order, please email us at care@cakewow.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request” and include the following information:
- Order ID
- Reasons for Cancellation
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the same card/account/medium used for payment.
5. Refund Timeframe
Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days from the date of cancellation.
6. Discretionary Changes
Cake Wow reserves the right to change, cancel, refund, or offer alternative options at its discretion.
7. Refund in Cake Wow Cash
Refund amounts will be credited as Cake Wow Cash points to your Cake Wow Wallet for future purchases.
